Shipping and Returns

Christmas 2023 Shipping

Due to the increased load on Royal Mail during the holiday season, it's advised you order early to ensure items arrive in time and that disappointment is avoided.

The last postage dates as recommended by Royal Mail are as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - Monday 18th December
Royal Mail 1st Class - Wednesday 20th December
Tracked 24 - Wednesday 20th December

Packaging

A majority of the dice we offer will be sent in a recyclable paper bag and will be shipped in either a padded envelope or a small box.

Certain dice sets, such as our gemstone dice, come with a protective storage case and will be sent in a small parcel. 

We put effort in to ensure all packaging is directly recyclable, without having to separate parts. 

Shipping 

We strive to ensure that all orders made before 8am Monday and 3pm Tues-Fri are shipped on the same day. Orders made after this time will be sent on the subsequent working day. 

We offer free 2nd class shipping on all orders, orders over £10 will be upgraded to 1st class shipping for free.

International Shipments - Costs

Due to a number of parcels going missing, all international shipments are to be sent as tracked items. We use zoning guide provided by Royal Mails to determine postage costs. 

European Shipping ranges from £8.10 - £8.40
Rest of World ranges from £10.30 - £11.70

For US orders, we use a different courier which enables shipping prices of £5

International Shipments - Taxes and Duties

The responsibility of taxes and duties attributed to a shipment are the solely the responsibility of the buyer. We are currently unable to pay import costs on behalf of buyers.

Please be aware of taxes and rules regarding overseas shipments for your country before placing an order.

Returns 

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns window. Simply contact us on our 'Contact Us' page and we'll guide you from there.

Lost Mail

Please get in contact with us if you believe your delivery has been lost. But first, please ensure that:

  • You have checked any relevant safe places,
  • Checked with neighbours,
  • Checked with other occupants at the address.

Unfortunately we can only legally consider a delivery lost after 10 working days have elapsed. However, we still may be able to help in some cases.
