Recyclable Packaging

All our dice are sent in carefully selected recyclable packaging with the goal of everything but the items ordered being able to be recycled immediately and without seperation. Paper envelopes, cardboard boxes, and even paper bubble wrap!

We try our best to send our items in their most compact form where possible. This helps reduce the environmental impact by ensuring there is as little wasted space as possible.


Due to their low carbon footprint, we send a majority of our items by Royal Mail.

We despatch orders on a daily basis with the cut-off time being around 3pm, unless stated otherwise on the product page. We will sometimes despatch order that come in after 3pm should time permit.

We offer free shipping on all items within the UK starting at Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders over £10 will be eligible for free 1st Class (Usually 70p)
Orders over £40 will be eligible for free Tracked 24 (Usually £3)


You are free to cancel your order prior to it's despatch.

Cancellations made after the item has been despatched will have to be returned to us before we can issue a refund, which may be minus the postage cost of a return of £1.70.

International Shipments

All international orders are sent as a tracked service. The prices are based on the Royal Mail zoning guide.

European Shipping ranges from £8.10 - £8.40
Rest of World ranges from £10.30 - £11.70

For US orders, we use a different courier which enables shipping prices of £5

The responsibility of taxes and duties attributed to a shipment are the solely the responsibility of the buyer. We are currently unable to pay import costs on behalf of buyers.

Please be aware of taxes and rules regarding overseas shipments for your country before placing an order.


In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns window. Simply contact us on our 'Contact Us' page and we'll guide you from there.

We will provide a free return label for you to use. Please note that we cannot cover any incurred costs if you choose to ship using your own label or courier. 

Lost Mail

Please get in contact with us if you believe your order has been lost. But first, please ensure that:

  • You have checked any relevant safe places,
  • Checked with neighbours,
  • Checked with other occupants at the address.

Unfortunately we can only consider a delivery lost after 10 working days have elapsed. However, if a order has been lost -- we'll file a claim with the respective courier and seek to ship replacements at no additional cost.

Damaged Orders

While we do our best to ensure that everything arrives perfectly, sometimes things may slip through the net or damages may occur in transit.

If you've received an order and damages are present, please get in touch and we'll seek to provide replacements at no cost. We may ask you to return the damaged items and we will provide a pre-paid returns label to do so.
